really good hotel experience

i loved how central everything was it made exploring easy. i upgraded to a suite it was totally worth it especially for the relaxing bath i could take after a long day. the staff were so quick and helpful always ready to assist with anything i needed. sibel and borak were particularly excellent in their service.
the fridge wasn't working so things couldn't be kept cold which was a bit inconvenient.

my family room included comfortable beds and a small seating area perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing the bathroom was well-stocked with fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries i appreciated these small touches

Mr. Mertcan welcomed me warmly upon arrival. He upgraded my room. The entire hotel staff is professional. Communication was easy. The chef prepared a delicious egg omelet.
